Santa Monica, CAPosted Nov 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a brief phone conversation, and once that screening went well I was invited to come into the HQ for an in-person interview.

The in-person round had a clear practical component: I had to role-play a selling scenario using one of Cornerstone’s products.

That role-play format made the process feel more real than a typical conversation, because it tested how I would handle the actual sales motions rather than just talk about them. I found the day structured and focused on performance. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience still felt aligned with what they were evaluating.
