A little later, I reached a final round that blended real-world technical discussion with behavioral prompts. There weren’t any LeetCode-style exercises for me, and the whole vibe was more conversational than scripted. Overall it felt fairly structured, but I left with the sense that they really weighted communication and narrative quality as much as technical competence.
