The process started with a HireVue-style screening.

It was focused on getting a sense of who I was and how interested I was in the role, using my past experience as the main anchor.

After I finished that, I moved into a conversation with a manager or senior-level interviewer. That round was still centered on my experiences and motivation—less about deep technical dissection and more about whether my background and intent matched what they were hiring for.

Everything felt fairly direct and fairly light on complexity. I left with confidence about the interaction, but I wasn’t selected for an offer.
