I had two interview rounds and then they told me I was selected and would receive a mail soon.

For weeks, though, there was no update, and when I reached out after the delay, I was told the position was filled.

The issue wasn’t that I didn’t get an offer—it was the way the timeline was handled. It felt like they gave false expectations and left me hanging for three weeks, only to close the loop after I contacted them.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly it left a sour impression about the recruiting process. It was hard to shake the feeling that an earlier, clear communication would’ve been fairer to my time.
