My process began with an initial filter based on CGPA criteria, where the cutoff was tied to merit CGPA.

If I cleared that, the next steps became a sequence of rounds: an aptitude-style round, then a technical interview round, and finally an HR round.

Everything led to a final sheet once I cleared all rounds. After signing, I would have received the offer letter later—though in my case the offer didn’t come through. The experience was still fairly structured and procedural, and the overall feel was that the bar was measured up front and then validated through the aptitude and technical checks before the HR step.
