Comcast Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Hard

Negative

IndiaPosted Jun 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview experience was rough from an organization standpoint.

The setup felt badly organized, and the overall process gave a negative impression—especially because the flow seemed to involve moving a student to a different panel if they weren’t comfortable with having someone attend.

That meant the process dragged into something excessive for a single participant, with the number of interviews for one person reaching around ten. It didn’t feel like a thoughtful evaluation; it felt chaotic and wasteful.

I didn’t get an offer, and the reflection I left with was that the process itself undermined confidence in what they were trying to do.
