I had a quick 30-minute conversation with a current Salesforce developer, and it genuinely felt relaxed.

The discussion was mostly centered on why Salesforce and why Comcast, with the tone staying friendly and approachable rather than formal or intimidating.

There wasn’t a heavy coding grind to get through. Instead, they wanted my reasoning and how I compared that space to other possibilities. It felt like more of a fit-and-motivation check than a tough technical assessment, and by the end I felt comfortable and not rattled by the process at all.
