I had a pretty smooth, low-stress experience.

From the start, the company felt welcoming and not intimidating, and I honestly felt like I could be myself during the conversations. The tone was friendly throughout, and I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into a rigid script.

The process itself felt easy to get through, and I never walked away wondering what I was “supposed” to say. I got the sense they wanted me to communicate naturally and express who I was, not just recite details. Even though I didn’t end up with an offer, I left the process feeling respected and comfortable, which mattered more to me than how formal it was.
