The vibe of the process surprised me because it felt high pressure overall.

People seemed okay, but the recruiter wasn’t particularly kind, and that really changed how I experienced the conversations.

I kept going because I could tell they had something in mind for the role, but by the time I was done, it didn’t feel like the environment matched what I was looking for. I didn’t move forward to an offer, and I left feeling like it might work better for someone else depending on what they’re used to.
