My Coinbase process felt long and assessment-heavy, and the later stages added uncertainty without clarity.

Multiple early assessments — I encountered a lengthy sequence with many test stages.
Coding/system-building style tests (non-LeetCode) — some rounds focused on implementing sub-systems rather than classic DSA.
Cultural/behavioral volume — I answered a very large number of culture-fit style questions (100+).
After spending hours, a rejection — I later received a standard rejection and no detailed reason, even after substantial time.
Worst stage described as executive approval — in one case, many rejections happened at a high-level approval step.
Outcome: No
