I experienced a process that felt like it delayed real feedback and added many steps before later rounds; it was frustrating and difficult.

AI interview + multiple assessments — I did an AI interview first, then completed two assessments before speaking with a real person.
Recruiter follow-up — The recruiter promised feedback but didn’t provide it.
Potential next steps (not reached) — I was told that even if I passed, I’d still need additional coding assessments and many final rounds. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the main takeaway was that it didn’t feel respectful or transparent with feedback.
