I went through an intense assessment-focused Coinbase process where the difficulty was high and the experience felt frustrating or unfair at critical moments.

Online assessment on CodeSignal / timed test — I faced a set of multiple data-structures-and-algorithms questions under time pressure.
Additional aptitude/personalization items (when applicable) — some paths included a separate, fast aptitude section plus a personality component.
CodeSignal: unlock-by-solving + heavy test case checks — in my case, further problems depended on passing earlier ones, and each problem had many test cases.
Post-assessment interviews (when reached) — the interviews I encountered were described as lacking energy or engagement.
