I went through a lighter-but-still-structured Coinbase journey that started with a timed Hack2Hire-style OA and then continued into two technical rounds, but I ended up with a “no team match” decision.

OA (timed, math-heavy) — two coding questions, including DP and an intervals/prefix-sums style problem.
Technical round (algorithms) — an algorithm-focused question resembling k-th element style reasoning.
System design (basic) — a notifications system design discussion with retries and queues. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer because of a team match decision, and the takeaway was that performance wasn’t the only gating factor.
