McLean, VAPosted Oct 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a virtual, structured interview day (or near-day) that mixed behavioral, pairing, and system-design-style discussion, and the difficulty felt generally average.

Virtual onsite schedule — a virtual onsite ran from morning to mid-afternoon with multiple 1-hour interviews separated by shorter breaks; topics included behavioral, pair programming, system design, and a reverse system design angle.

Engineering manager + screen-sharing coding — I met an engineering manager and then had a screen-sharing coding session in a language of my choice.
