I ran into a high bar very early: after cognitive-style tests and an OA/coding assessment, I was told the process wouldn’t continue.

Cognitive/cultural + technical OA structure — I completed aptitude/cognitive-style questions and a separate technical assessment phase.
Online assessment timing pressure — I experienced limited time on OA and didn’t meet the bar.
Recruiter follow-up / decision — after the assessment, I either waited for an update or got a direct no to continuing. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that time constraints on the OA were a key failure point.
