I experienced a process that combined high-effort assessments with long delays and an ultimately negative outcome, feeling both time-consuming and hard to predict.

Coding + behavioral final round (variation) — Two coding interviews plus one behavioral interview, but a behavioral interviewer no-show forced rescheduling.
Long gap + repeated ghosting — After the rescheduled part, I was left without updates for weeks until I followed up.
(Other similar journey) OA + IQ + culture screening — In another case, I took an aptitude-style test with many repetitive questions and then a long multi-step coding assessment where each problem built on the previous.
Failed to clear the next step — I didn’t complete enough of the coding assessment
