I had a mixed experience with Coinbase where the process could be quick to reject me, and outcomes felt opaque even when I felt prepared.

Initial assessments / screening — I completed early-stage cognitive or culture-related tests.
CodeSignal or CCAT-style scoring gates — in one case I submitted an OA perfectly but then never heard back; in another I got rejected after CCAT performance.
Recruiter screening variability — I saw inconsistency: sometimes I was interviewed soon after applying, other times I was rejected within a day.
Onsite-style steps (when reached) — when I did interview, I felt I answered well but still failed.
Case where the process felt solid — one journey stood out as responsive
