My experience didn’t progress beyond the early testing stage—after cognitive/cultural and technical assessments, communication stalled or the application was paused.

Initial screening (cognitive/culture + aptitude) — I completed a mix of cognitive and cultural questions and/or aptitude-style work.
Technical assessment — there was an online technical assessment, sometimes described as industry-specific coding.
Post-assessment follow-up — after the technical screen, I either went silent for a while or had to follow up to learn that I wouldn’t proceed. Outcome: I was rejected before the virtual onsite, and the takeaway was that the process could end right after the early assessments with limited feedback.
