I had several early-stage experiences where either the process ended quickly or a different factor cut it off, and the rounds were generally light.

Recruiter screen then rejection — I applied, got a recruiter email a couple days later, completed a recruiter screen, and was rejected without any feedback.
Recruiter screen + personality test gate — I talked with a recruiter and then took an online personality test; I was told I failed it and could re-interview in six months.
Phone screen only — I only reached a recruiter phone screen; it was positive, thorough, and I didn’t get much further.
Team meetings, then I stepped away — I met people as part of the process and eventually chose not to pursue it, though
