I experienced a frustrating, communication-focused process where the feedback didn’t match my technical output and the structure felt more like compliance than assessment.

Phone screening — an initial call followed by cognitive/early screening steps.
Cognitive + self-paced assessment — I took a cognitive screen and a self-paced technical assessment.
Preparatory meeting — there was a lead-in session before the technical interviews.
Onsite: multiple interviews (technical + expectation to communicate) — I completed every technical problem correctly, but the feedback centered on needing more communication during coding. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer, and the takeaway was that explaining your thinking live mattered as much as arriving
