Cognizant Business Analyst interview experience

First there was an online communication round, and it felt easy—mostly just centered on how I expressed myself. A little later I had an online aptitude plus technical round, and that also didn’t feel too hard.

The last step was face-to-face, where I had to be ready to think on my feet. The technical part leaned into Python, and I also had an HR discussion alongside it. Overall, the setup felt organized and manageable, and I left with a good sense that I’d handled the key areas they cared about, which eventually led to an offer.
