Cognizant Business Analyst interview experience

My experience with Cognizant was honestly the worst part of my job search.

The interviewer wasn’t just unprepared—it felt rude, and the timing was completely off. I went into the scheduled interview with it supposed to happen at 11 AM, but it didn’t happen until 10 PM.

I also had rescheduling happen multiple times—repeatedly on the same day—so the whole process felt chaotic and disrespectful of my time. After all those delays and the attitude during the process, I didn’t see the structure or professionalism that I expected.

I didn’t get an offer, but the bigger issue was the way the process was handled. I ended up moving on, because I would rather invest that time
