Cognizant Business Analyst interview experience

It was a college-style interview where the main focus was basic analytical and reasoning questions, and then I moved into a discussion round that leaned more toward easy analytical puzzles. The whole thing didn’t feel difficult at all.

Because the questions were in that “warm-up” category, I didn’t feel pressured to overthink. Even when I had to talk through my thinking, it stayed more like a conversation than a stress test.

I didn’t get selected, but the process itself was comfortable and low-stakes compared to other interviews I’d heard about.
