Cognizant Business Analyst interview experience

After that, the interview track didn’t progress—there was scheduling trouble and then further shortlisting meant my process simply didn’t complete.

Because it never reached the actual rounds, the experience stayed neutral and informative rather than stressful. I never got to the point of technical or HR evaluation, so there wasn’t a real sense of whether I matched their criteria beyond the initial screen. Overall, it was just an unfinished pipeline, and I ended up not receiving an offer letter.
