My interview experience itself felt like it went fine, but the follow-up was where things fell apart.

I didn’t hear back for a long time, and it started to feel like a ghost hiring situation. I tried reaching out to HR to get clarity, but there was no response.

By the time I was still waiting, I was honestly disappointed—especially because the process didn’t end with any clear closure. Even though it seemed positive during the interviews, the lack of communication afterward became the real downside of the whole experience.
