My interview rounds themselves seemed to go fine—there were three rounds total, with two technical discussions followed by an HR discussion.

After completing everything, I was told I would receive an offer in a few days.

What stretched the experience was that the timeline never matched what I was promised. The message said it would be quick, but it ended up taking months with no update. I kept waiting, expecting at least a follow-up.

By the end, I didn’t get an offer. The biggest reflection for me was how the communication around decision-making didn’t hold up, which made the process feel unresolved long after the interviews were over.
