Philadelphia, PAPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through two interviews spaced about a week apart, and both were online.

On their side, two people joined—one hiring manager and a technical person who ran the discussion. The tech interviewer felt knowledgeable, but the approach was rigid in the way solutions were expected.

I noticed they weren’t just judging whether I could solve the problem—they wanted strict adherence to known or expected ways of handling it. The whole experience was a bit different from interviews where you can freestyle and iterate freely. I stayed focused on following their structure, but it still felt like the evaluation criteria were tighter than I’m used to.
