Coforge Software Engineer interview experience

The first was technical, then a manager discussion, and finally an HR round.

The interview itself leaned heavily on technical questions, but it required solid fundamentals before going in. I remember being told to read the job description carefully and make sure communication was clear, because they were also evaluating how I expressed my thoughts.

Overall, the difficulty felt average rather than extreme. The structure was fairly standard, and despite not getting an offer, the experience felt like it was genuinely testing readiness rather than just random screening.
