Coforge Software Engineer interview experience

The results came back by email, and the process moved smoothly overall.

For the next stage, the technical round happened first, and then the HR round was scheduled right after—next day. The HR interviewer felt a bit laid-back and asked mostly straightforward questions.

I didn’t end with an offer. Still, what stood out was the simplicity: easy coding in the assessment stage, quick turnaround on results, and an HR discussion that didn’t try to overcomplicate things. My reflection was that the process was efficient enough to feel manageable, even though the final decision didn’t go my way.
