After completing both rounds, I got stuck waiting with no feedback or update at all.

I followed up multiple times by email, but I didn’t get any response back—no closure, no rejection, nothing.

The frustrating part wasn’t only the wait; it was the feeling of being left in the dark after investing time and effort into the process. I didn’t end up receiving an offer.

My reflection was that even a short, respectful update would’ve made a huge difference. Instead, the silence overpowered everything else about how the interviews went, and it made the overall experience disappointing and unprofessional.
