Coforge Systems Engineer interview experience

The process itself was presented as something you had to complete end-to-end, and selection only happened after finishing all rounds.

It felt very similar to other tech-company pipelines, which made it easier to mentally place expectations. Even though I went through each stage, I didn’t reach the final selection.

Honestly, the biggest takeaway for me was the commitment to completing the full sequence rather than giving any shortcuts. It was straightforward in format, but the result still didn’t go my way.
