I got pulled into a multi-step process that started with a coding challenge on their platform.

The challenge took about two hours and included around seven prompts spanning a mix of a web-oriented problem, an algorithm problem, and some written questions. It felt like more than just a couple leetcode-style tasks because the written portion was part of what they evaluated.

Once I finished that assessment, the next step was a call with an engineer to walk through my answers. That same session also included a live coding component, so I had to switch from reviewing my previous work to coding interactively in real time.
