They started with a test using a Brainbench account, which acted like an initial filter.

After I completed that, I had a face-to-face interview, and then I went into a Skype interview that combined conversation with an HR component.

Once that last Skype interview happened, the job was finalized. The process felt efficient and phased, moving from assessment to in-person discussion to a final HR-focused wrap-up.

I ended up getting an offer. The main thing I remember is how the stages were stacked tightly without a lot of waiting, so it felt like a quick progression once the screening was cleared.
