My process was a 1:1 style interview across three rounds: a coding test first, then a technical discussion, and finally an HR round.

The coding test felt quite hard at the beginning because it leaned on core PHP concepts and pushed into areas where I had to be accurate.

In the technical round, the questions focused on OOP concepts, PHP, and database topics. The HR round stayed basic and more about getting to know me rather than challenging me technically.

I received an offer. The whole thing felt direct and personal—once it started, it never really drifted, and the three phases clearly showed how they measured both technical competence and basic fit.
