CalcuttaPosted Jan 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview process focused heavily on how I worked with newer technology and how I’d been improving my skills over time.

I talked through how I improvised and learned, and how I kept pushing my learning curve and working hard across different platforms.

The interview experience felt challenging in difficulty, but it also matched what I’d been doing professionally—staying curious and learning continuously rather than staying static.

I ultimately received an offer. Looking back, the hardest part wasn’t the questions themselves so much as getting my own learning story to sound coherent and convincing under pressure.
