It was a three-round interview process that progressively got tougher and more in-depth.

The difficulty ramped up across the rounds, and the expectation felt clear: I needed to be confident in the languages and skills I had listed.

Even though it was challenging, the structure was consistent—each stage seemed to test deeper understanding rather than just surface-level familiarity. The more I moved forward, the more detailed the discussions felt.

I ended up being offered the job. My honest reflection was that the process rewarded real confidence in the areas I claimed, and the increasing depth made that both intimidating and fair.
