Coalition Greenwich Business Analyst interview experience

Navi MumbaiPosted Jul 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience started off easy going and the interview itself wasn’t bad.

I left feeling that the conversation had gone fine. But after that, I never heard back—there was effectively a ghosting afterward, and it felt rude because I didn’t even get the courtesy of feedback.

Even though the interaction during the interview didn’t feel harsh, the lack of response after the process made the overall experience sour for me. I didn’t get an offer.

The one honest reflection I have is that the interview tone didn’t match the follow-through, and the silence afterward was the part that stayed with me.
