I went through a process that leaned heavily on structured conversations rather than hands-on tasks.

First I had two phone interviews: one with my direct manager and another with my department head. Those calls were a mix of technical and professional discussion.

After that, I ended up with an in-person meeting with my direct manager and a CBU manager. I remember the overall vibe as competent and fairly focused, and the difficulty landing around average. The first interview stage also pushed me to talk through tough past situations, not just straightforward technical background, which was the part that took the most thought.
