Cnh Industrial Software Engineer interview experience

The technical content was basic at the first stage, with domain knowledge and software knowledge tested, but the lack of feedback was the biggest issue.

Even after what felt like a positive interview, I didn’t receive a reply and there was no follow-up or feedback provided. It was difficult mainly because the communication and timeline were so poor.
