Cnh Industrial Software Engineer interview experience

The experience felt unprofessional because after that first conversation there was no communication back at all—no updates and no closure.

The interview itself wasn’t described as the problem; it was the silence afterward. Even though the interaction started normally, the lack of next steps made the overall process feel negative and left me wondering what happened.
