The interview felt pretty streamlined and even quick to schedule once it started.

I went through a full day with multiple participants, and the conversations themselves didn’t drag—everything moved in an organized way and I heard back shortly afterward.

The part that surprised me wasn’t the interviewing, though. Very soon after, the company came back with a compensation offer that I felt was far below market, and that negotiation process turned out to be much harder than any of the interview questions. Overall I didn’t find the technical portion difficult; the mismatch came later, during discussions about pay.
