Negative

United StatesPosted Apr 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first step was a take-home case study with a tight hour-and-a-half limit and no real scheduling or human interaction while I worked.

The prompt felt very impersonal, and even though I put real effort into it, it just didn’t feel worth the time investment given how little engagement there was from their side.

When the rejection came, it was immediate enough that it didn’t feel like I’d been thoughtfully evaluated based on my work. I didn’t get an offer, and what stayed with me was how detached the process felt from the amount of effort they asked for.
