My process felt long and drawn out, and it never really turned into a straightforward conversation loop.

I was asked to do case-study work and then move into interviews, then back into more case work and more interviews. Overall it landed as an assignment-heavy journey where I kept investing time, only to ultimately be rejected.

The most tangible part was writing multiple case studies, and at least one required me to listen to calls and work from an Excel document that wasn’t particularly well organized. I remember putting a lot of effort into the work because my background lined up tightly with what the role described, and I submitted something I felt was thorough and genuinely relevant.
