I went through a technical-first flow that leaned on written tasks and offered poor communication, and it didn’t end in a fair, understandable outcome.

HR screen with praise-heavy framing — I had a long recruiting conversation centered on company value, not my fit.
90-minute technical PR test — I was given a poorly written problem statement and submitted a PR as required.
Later process concerns — Separately, I encountered complaints about poor communication and no clear plan for candidates’ time. Outcome: Rejected; the takeaway was that unclear technical specs combined with weak communication made the process feel unreliable.
