My process was fairly conventional at first: a quick logical coding problem, then a technical interview where I had to explain my code and answer questions on DBMS and Java.

After that came a managerial interview.

They said I’d hear back within the next three days. I waited, and nothing came. After three days passed with no information, I assumed I wasn’t selected.

What made it disappointing wasn’t the rejection itself—it was the lack of basic communication. Since I was coming from outside Bangalore, the silence also meant I stayed in limbo longer than I expected.
