My experience came through a campus placement style flow.

I was shortlisted based on an eLitmus score, and then the process used two interview rounds. One round was technical, and the other combined HR with technical questions, after which a subset of candidates got selected.

In another campus-style experience at the same company, the shortlist was also based on eLitmus, and the first round involved project discussions while the second round was HR.

I didn’t get an offer. What stayed consistent across these fast-campus flows was that the interviews were meant to quickly screen for fundamentals and fit, not to run a prolonged multi-week selection
