My first step was a pre-screen that blended technical questions with timed, recorded responses.

It wasn’t an extended process on the live conversational side at first—it was more like I had to think quickly and articulate my answers in the recording.

After that, I did get to speak with a real person. The overall flow was fairly straightforward, but I didn’t make it to the final round after the early stages.

What stood out was how much the recorded format carried; it felt like the gatekeeper. Even though the steps were simple, it still ended before the final interviews, so I never got to fully push my case in deeper, live technical discussion.
