CitiusTech Software Engineer interview experience

Negative

PunePosted Apr 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience started off with poor coordination and a tense tone.

In one technical interaction, the interviewer interrupted constantly and seemed to be working off a very negative impression about my grasp of OOPS concepts, even though I was trying to work through the problem step by step. The technical challenge ended up leaning toward a LeetCode-style hard question, and I felt like the interaction style became more about pressure than clarity.

The HR portion didn’t feel coordinated either. During the interview, HR kept texting and calling about joining and coordination, even while the conversation was happening, which added to the frustration.
