I had interviews that felt very conversational, and I genuinely thought the process went well.

I didn’t move forward to the next round, but the overall experience made me feel like outcomes depended heavily on things outside how I performed.

The difficulty was average, and I stayed engaged through the conversation rather than getting stuck on technical stress. The process didn’t feel hostile or overly formal.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. Looking back, the part that lingered was how much the process seemed to vary by interviewer and by the specific fit they were trying to find.
