A recruiter reached out to confirm I could make the first round, which turned into a group interview.

The format was very structured around reading provided materials and doing a case analysis together. We discussed the key issues, proposed logical solutions, and had to clearly explain our reasoning while staying collaborative. After the group discussion, interviewers asked additional technical and role-related questions to probe how I was thinking and communicating in the same setting—more analytical and business-understanding focused than conversational.
